No Words Necessary

Don't ever let it be said that we don't care about the wheelchair bound in our neighborhood in Playas de Chapultepec, Ensenada, Mexico. Okay, even though I said that there were no words necessary I have to say something. First of all, they didn't exactly make it easy for the person to get the wheelchair up the "ramp" for lack of a better word. Second of all, where can they go after they do (if they do) get up there? There's no sidewalk, they have to get past the stop sign at one location and past the power pole at the other. Then there's barely enough room for a person to walk in front the house let alone try to fit a wheelchair down that narrow strip; that is if they survive the big drop they have to experience before trying to go down the narrow strip in front of the house, which I can tell you is impossible. Here you see two wheelchair "accessible ramps", but there are many more down this very street. A waste of money if you ask me.
